The zirconia grinding beads are made of Nano-sized Zirconia Powder by chemical method, which is pelletized by advanced technology and then sintered at high temperature. 1. The sphere has a good overall roundness, smooth surface, like pearl luster.
2. Has excellent toughness, impact resistance, and no crack during high-speed operation
3. The abrasion resistance of yttrium stabilized zirconia beads is 30-50 times that of glass beads.
4. Yttrium stabilized zirconia beads have a higher density than other grinding beads, have extremely high grinding efficiency,and improve the solid content of materials or increase material flow.
5. Corrosion resistance, wear resistance, necessary for grinding nano-scale materials and dispersing, match with pin-pin and turbine sand mills.
6. PPM-grade abrasion prevents cross-contamination of beads and base material, and does not contain heavy metals, which effectively ensures the traditional Chinese medicine,purity of chemical and other materials.
